in the dead of winter, we must be crazy.
but the music will be cool and hot.
I have in mind to write up “Epistrophy” by monk but done in the Cootie
Williams style, Cootie was a great promoter of monk’s music in the
early days of monk’s career.
that’s a present for Jim Colbert (the man who collects the money),
someone told me it’s one of his favourite tunes.
