Swingmatism is appearing as a trio

Ken Schroder- sax/clarinet
Louise Denson- piano
Ben Brinkhoff- double bass

are going slightly latin.

That means that as well as jazz standards like Swinging Till theGirls Come home (by Oscar Pettiford, the great bass player) they’ll play some Brazilian things (including Outravez by Joao Gilberto), a mexican classic (Estrelita by manuel Ponce)
and even some originals by Ken (Garota de Nyora, or the Girl from Nyora , a small town in Gippsland).
